Spring Sunday Night Plans

Beginning Sunday, January 29th at 6:00pm, we will be launching two programs for our Sunday evening services.

Youth and Adults

We will begin a video series by Pastor Andrew Brunson, “Prepare to Stand,” that is based on important insights he learned about standing faithfully for Jesus Christ in the face of persecution. After serving 23 years as a missionary in Turkey, Brunson was falsely accused of terrorism in October of 2016 and put in prison in Turkey. This series was produced by the Billy Graham Association to provide guidance for Christians in times of persecution and to help prepare hearts to remain faithful to the end.

Following a worldwide prayer movement and significant political pressure from the U.S. government, he was released in October 2018 after two long years. Since then, Andrew has felt an urgency for Christians in the West to prepare for a coming wave of hostility.

During the first year Andrew broke under the pressure. God began to rebuild him. In this eight-part series he shares some of the important things he learned in prison that helped him to stand faithful.

Elementary Students

Elementary students are invited to a special program Sunday evenings. Madison Paladino was quick to say YES to providing this Sunday evening program for the elementary students and we're delighted that Jacob Dennis is willing to help! Madison immediately suggested we use the series, What's in the Bible?, produced by the makers of VeggieTales. Her Mom, Audrey, had found this series when Madison and Jacob were much younger - and they loved it! It’s well done, informative and kid-friendly!  HOPE YOUR KIDS WILL COME!
